The Long Term Care Services Delivery System Website is provided by the Labour and Welfare Bureau and the Social Welfare Department of the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region for use of authorised personnel of recognised referring offices, subsidised community care services and residential care services providers and accredited assessors under the Standardised Care Need Assessment Mechanism of Elderly Services in handling applications and allocation of subsidised long term care services for the elderly persons of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
